To setup is simple, just click on the package in the On-Line Store and follow the instructions and fill out the intake form when scheduling! The initial set up fee is 70 dollars plus 130 for the monthly service then after that it is billed 130 monthly until canceled by you. If you would like any add-on's, please reach out directly and we can get that figured out as well!
